Once a file has been purchased and delivered, we are unable to offer:

• Returns

• Exchanges

• Cancellations

Why Refunds Are Not Available

Digital products cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded. This policy helps prevent:

• File misuse

• Unauthorized sharing

• Digital duplication

Exceptions (Support Instead of Refund)

We will assist you if you experience:

• File download problems

• Corrupted or damaged files

• Incorrect file received

In such cases, we will re-send the correct files or provide technical support, but no monetary refund will be issued.
